John Marble started his sporting career at the age of 5 when he was immediately the best soccer player in his hometown compared to anyone under the age of 4. After a tragic incident resulting in a broken thumb, Master Marble opted for sports sporting less contact, primarily tennis. After wreaking havoc throughout the Missouri Valley, Marble was recruited to play tennis for the Golden Hurricane in Tulsa. He played only one year sighting the ever popular excuse of burnout. He then became the intramural king of the world. He repeated as Golden Man for his Jr. and Sr. years and his individual point total is still the standing record today. Upon arrival to North Carolina, Marble immediately started with Sports Radio 850 the Buzz. He's covered many sporting events for WRBZ-AM. You may have heard him reporting live on national radio networks such as ESPN Radio, Fox Sports Radio, and Sporting News network covering Duke pounding some other basketball team or the unexplainable upset of the Miami Hurricanes by the North Carolina Tar Heels in 2004.
